Community Membership Portal

One application serves several community organisations. A request is matched to its organisation in two ways:

By domainthe site host is matched against the org's portal host

By path/o/<slug> is matched for orgs with no domain yet

Staff sign in at /admin/login. Member facing features, fees, events and email arrive in later phases.
